About Dr. Felix
Training
Dr. Felix trained in Pediatrics at Oakland Naval Hospital and completed his fellowship in Developmental Pediatrics at the University of Washington in Seattle.
He is Board Certified in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics through the American Board of Pediatrics.
Experience
Dr. Felix has 28 years of experience and is known for developing and growing clinics involved in the assessment of children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
After serving as a Commander in the United States Navy and a pediatrician in U.S. Naval Hospitals both at home (Maryland) and abroad (Spain), he went on to develop a Neonatal Follow-up Clinic at the Floating Hospital for Children - Tufts University - in Boston, MA.
Dr. Felix has developed clinics and programs in several medical centers throughout the United States.
